Ransom is not an action movie or a thriller, it is a suspence movie... Say it with me: S-U-S-P-E-N-C-E, suspence Got it? good, not that we have established this is not commando, or die-hard... this movie WILL have you biting your nails, because of the suspence, and incredibly moving perfomances by the whole cast. The plot is extremely well crafted, and executed. If you go into this movie expecting commando, you will be let down, but if you think of it as those scenes in a western right before the gunfight, that's what this is, but don't worry you'll get a gunfight. hehehe...
